The Elizabeth is a perfect example of a three-mast clipper that marries the timeless charm of the old world with the convenience and comfort of a modern vessel. The Elizabeth was originally built in 1913 and, largely thanks to the care that has gone into preserving this ship’s impressive beauty, it’s proven extremely popular on the IJsselmeer tour.
At 41m long and 7m wide, the Elizabeth can accommodate 35 passengers and 4 crew, making it the perfect vessel for intimate cruises along the banks of picturesque harbours, historic towns and Dutch National Parks.
All ten twin cabins (6 m² – 65 sq. ft.) have been fully renovated and can be booked as three or four-bed cabins by adding a bunk bed. En-suite bathrooms comprising of a shower, toilet and basin are fitted in all cabins along with central heating and windows that can be opened. There are eight cabins on the lower and two on the upper deck.
On sunny summer days, or balmy starlit evenings, you’ll want to spend your time on the beautiful sundeck of the Elizabeth, where you can drink in the scenery as you watch the world float by. There is also a spacious lounge with a dining area, bar and seating corner on the lower deck and wi-Fi is available throughout The Elizabeth.
